Lag = sitemap lastmod minus GSC last crawl. A URL is Stale when it was modified after Google's last crawl by at least the threshold. Bad lastmod = lastmod is in the future, so lag can't be trusted. Data comes from the sitemap and the URL Inspection API; lastCrawlTime is Google's own timestamp.
